Courage

Dr. Elizabeth Rubin Ribak, M.D.

As the new year starts, many of us challenge ourselves to take on new projects, new goals, new accomplishments. To accomplish our goals, we need COURAGE. But instead of speaking or writing to the collective “we,” I am going to direct this to myself, to empower myself to take on this new year confidently, creatively, courageously.

I accept the challenge.

I have the courage to believe in myself.

I have the courage to believe I can affect change in my life and the lives of those around me.

I have the courage to say “no” to what does not serve me, my future, or my goals.

I have the courage to say “yes” to the things that scare me, challenge me and inspire me.

I have courage.

I have courage from the endless well of inspiring women before me.

I have courage from the stories of the ones that journey with me.

I have courage from the courage of others. Courage is like a flame of light. Ever growing. Ever giving. Never diminishing when alighting another.

GreenCloud is a story of courage. A woman who knew she could create better. A woman who took the plunge, embraced the unknown, and believes every day will accomplish more than the next. A woman who inspired a movement to embrace femininity, power, and ingenuity. I am proud to be part of this story.
